Permanent architectural illumination on the new Ruthin Craft Centre redevelopment designed by Sergison Bates architects

A projected 'spectrum' of colour becomes visible as darkness falls, transforming the building's surface as a blank canvas with which to 'paint with light'. Merging art and science, the work creates the bands of visible light that lie within the electromagnetic spectrum and displays the wonder and beauty of colour.
